  • Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed engagement terms

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of three (3) years, unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Yeet's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim
  • Yeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Yeet shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill

Our consulting services provide recommendations and guidance. Implementation decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yeet Consulting, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or breach of these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information provided. Results from our consulting services may vary depending on various factors beyond our control.
